Welcome!
This is a site for working families--whether you're currently taking your baby to work with you, wish you could take
your baby to work with you, or are just getting ready to start a family and wondering whether you might be able to take your
baby to work with you.
About the blog
Plenty of women throughout history have managed to work with their babies in tow. Still, while there
are plenty of online resources for stay-at-home moms and for working moms who leave their babies in someone else's care
all day (and plenty of vitriol directed from and at both sides), I couldn't help noticing during occasional late-night
googling that there's not a lot out there about moms (or dads) who take their babies to work with them--especially not
in the how-to department. So I figured I would share what I've learned and invite other folks to be in touch and share
their experiences. And though I sort of wish I had started blogging earlier (let's see, why
didn't I? Oh, right: having a baby and figuring out how to balance her with my job and life in general), I'll
keep going for as long as this arrangement keeps working. As you'll see, the "baby" is a toddler now, but we're
still going strong ..it's anybody's guess how it will all turn out!
